HO
WE ARE
ConnexCTA is a modular construction supplier with patented technology that provides modular wall panels complete with finished mechanical systems, electrical systems, and architectural components. Modular construction still requires on-site labor to complete mechanical systems, electrical connections, and finish architectural components, which significantly increases the cost of construction.
ConnexCTA’s proprietary system for modular construction is instrumental in driving costs down, making modular builds more attractive for developers.
ConnexCTA’s primary benefit is minimizing the amount of on-site work required, which in turn lowers construction costs. Off-site construction methods still require some on-site labor, especially for electrical and plumbing tasks, ConnexCTA significantly reduces the need for these functions.
Mission: Reduce construction costs by significantly reducing the need for skilled, on-site labor.
Our Goal: To make ConnexCTA’s products an integral part of panelized wall systems and modular construction.
